We loved it! Perfect little purple cottage big enough for a getaway for two.
We lucked out on the nightly rate too because it was spring break time & everything else was insanely expensive.

I am a very anxious person when I travel, new sounds new environment. however this place is amazing the area is so quiet and beautiful and the cottage is perfect with the bed being so confertable. the decorations were so cozy and the patio amazing. I read at night with the string lights on outside on the rocking chair. this was blissful, thank you so much for letting us stay will definitely be returning

I must say the Las Olas Home was simply amazing. The home was much larger than I anticipated and was completely spotless with lots of furniture and amenities. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet but within walking distance to the downtown area with very much to do. If you are struggling to find things to do have no fear as JB and Alejandra have a whole binder of recommendations they will leave for you on the front dresser. All in all I will definitely be booking again next trip to Ft. Lauderdale. Thank you.

Great as there was a parking space, bang in the centre of Ft Lauderdale. Really nice hosts who didn't bother you all the time. The home was clean, tidy and ready to enjoy. TV's everywhere so kids would fit right in. Great internet too, which is a bonus when you have 2 young people in tow. We didn't really use the kitchen but it was well fitted for an AirBnB. You can walk everywhere but hey, this is the USA... built for cars. 🙂
Easy access to the I95 so up and down Florida was a breeze.
We even met the neighbours who invited us for a New Years Eve party. 🙂
We would recommend this as a hotel alternative.

This is our second time staying at this location and it will not be the last. From the amenities, cleanliness, comfortability and how close all restaurants are, was amazing! If you were like us and much rather UberEats, the options around are endless! Thank you for such a great stay again!

This quant property was perfect for our vacation in beautiful Fort Lauderdale, Florida. It is the perfect size for a couple's getaway. The cottage is very welcoming and felt like a home away from home which is important when its time to call it a day and relax after being out and about. The cottage is walking distance from Las Olas boulevard for drinks or a bite to eat and a short ride away from beautiful Las Olas beach and other tourist attractions. The fenced-in property with patio space and grill made for relaxing evenings after a day out at the beach. All in all, our stay at Las Olas Cottage was affordable and most importantly memorable.

A wonderful stay! My best friend and I stayed at this cute little cottage for 4 nights and felt right at home. It was perfect for 2 people, and we felt very safe with the multiple lock pads to get inside. 10-12 minute walk to Las Olas, and a quick Uber to the beach. The hosts were super responsive and professional. The bed was comfy and the amenities were good. I definitely recommend!!

A true gem located literally blocks from Las Olas in a lovely area of downtown Fort Lauderdale! My dad and I were in town to see friends throughout South Florida and attend the Miami Open. The MaryAnn house was the PERFECT spot for us to stay during our visit! Everything was exactly as described and the accommodations were superb in every way. The hosts were very communicative and thorough in their instructions for how to check-in. Parking was easy, private and safe. Access to I-95 was seamless to connect us to all of our destinations. The space was roomy, clean, unique, comfortable. The A/C was stellar when the weather outside got to be toasty. Add it all up and you get a true 5-star AirBnb!!

This home was absolutely perfect! Excellent location, a very short walk to Las Olas Blvd and all the shops and restaurants. Also close enough to the beach, but far enough away from the tourists. The house was ideal for me, a solo traveler but can easily accommodate a couple. They provide all the amenities you need and more. The kitchen with full size refrigerator/freezer was great. Very safe and quiet area. Has a great parking spot if you have a vehicle. 5 stars, would definitely stay here again.

Turning down the countless developers’ enticements The Bradleys’ instead restored these gems one at a time, by hand, year after year. The 1925 MaryAnn is truly stunning. We are the alternative to another boring white-on-white condo. Park under the Live Oak stands and open the door to history in the middle of the city.
